SSC GD Exam 2025 - Application Fee

The Applicaton fee is different for candidates belonging to different Category. For the General, OBC and EWS application fee for SSC GD Exam 2025 is ₹100 and for candidate belonging to SC, ST,PwBD, Ex-Serviceman and for women candidate from all Category are exempted from the application fee.

SSC GD Constable Exam 2025 Educational Qualification

The candidates must have passed the Matriculation or 10th Class Examination from a recognized Board/ University as on or before the cut-off date i.e. 01-01-2025.

SSC GD Constable Exam Pattern 2025

The Computer-Based Examination will consist of one Objective Type Paper containing 80 questions carrying 2 marks each with the following composition:

All the questions will be of Objective Multiple-Choice Type. The Computer-Based Examination will be conducted in English, Hindi, and 13 Regional languages: (i) Assamese, (ii) Bengali, (iii) Gujarati, (iv) Kannada, (v) Konkani, (vi) Malayalam, (vii) Manipuri, (viii) Marathi, (ix) Odia, (x) Punjabi, (xi) Tamil, (xii) Telugu, and (xiii) Urdu.

There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. Candidates are advised to keep this in mind while answering the questions.

SSC GD Constable 2025 Salary Structure

The pay scale for the post of Sepoy in NCB is at Pay Level-1, ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹56,900. For all other posts, the pay scale is at Pay Level-3, ranging from ₹21,700 to ₹69,100.

Procedure for Filling Online Application for SSC GD Exam 2025

Step 1: One-Time Registration

  • Access the One-Time Registration Page:

    • Go to the homepage and locate the steps for filling out the 'One-Time Registration' form.
    • Click on 'Continue' to proceed to the personal details screen.
  • Fill in Personal Details:

    • Enter your Aadhaar Number, Name, Father's Name, Mother's Name, and Date of Birth twice for accuracy. Any discrepancies will be highlighted in red.
  • Registration Details:

    • After successful verification of the mobile and email OTP, click the 'Save & Next' button. Your details will be saved, and a Registration Number will be displayed.
    • The Registration Number and Password will be sent to your registered mobile number and email.
    • Complete the registration within 14 days, or your saved details will be deleted.
  • Login with One-Time Password:

    • Click 'Continue' to go to the login page. If you wish to complete the registration later, click the 'Login or Register' button on the website header.
    • Use your Registration Number (username) and the auto-generated password sent to your mobile and email for the initial login.
    • Change the password upon your first login.
  • Create a New Password:

    • Upon logging in, you will be directed to the password creation page. Change your password, following the validation instructions displayed on the screen.
  • Login with New Password:

    • Use the newly set password to log in again. You will then be redirected to the additional details page.

Step 2: Fill Additional Details

  • Provide Additional Details:

    • Fill in your Category, Nationality, and, if not a Citizen of India, provide contact details for other nationals.
    • Provide visible Identification Marks, benchmark disabilities, and Disability Certification Number (if applicable).
    • Enter your Permanent and Present Address details.
  • Submit Declaration:

    • Carefully read the declaration and check the “Preview OTR” and 'I agree' boxes.
    • Click on 'Declare' to submit your details. You will be redirected to the dashboard.

Step 3: Fill Online Application Form

  • Prepare Required Data:

    • Ensure you have your photograph, scanned signature, and details of your educational qualifications ready.
  • Login to the System:

    • Use your Registration Number and Password to log in.
  • Click ‘Apply’:

    • Go to the ‘Constable (GD) in CAPFs, SSF, Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles, and Sepoy in Narcotics Control Bureau Examination-2025’ Section under the ‘Latest Notifications’ Tab.
  • Verify Pre-Filled Details:

    • Confirm that your details (S. No. 1 to 18) are correct and non-editable. To modify any details, use the ‘Modify Registration’ tab.
  • Fill Additional Information:

    • Provide your Highest Educational Qualification and Qualifying Educational Details (Passing year, Board, Percentage/CGPA, etc.).
  • Upload Photograph and Signature:

    • Upload your live photograph and signature following the specified guidelines.
  • Submit the Form:

    • Preview the information provided and click ‘Edit/ Modify’ to correct any errors.
    • Once satisfied, submit the Application Form.

Step 4: Fee Payment

  • Pay the fee online using BHIM UPI, Net Banking, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, or RuPay Debit cards.

Step 5: Confirmation and Printout

  • Check Application Status:

    • After successful submission, the status will show 'Application Received (Contents Not Verified)'.
  • Take Printout:

    • Keep a printout of the Online Application Form for your records.
